"Usually solid substitutions"
I use dillons.com regularly, and for the most part the substitutions have been good. They don’t always have the exact brand or size I picked, but what they choose usually makes sense. There have been a couple times where I got something I probably wouldn’t have grabbed myself, but it wasn’t a huge issue. I do wish they paid a little closer attention to the notes, but overall I’m happy with it and will keep ordering.

I mostly use Dillons for pickup, and the staff at my store have always been really nice. They say hi, help me figure out swaps, and are easy to talk to. One time I completely messed up my pickup time and felt kind of pressured and embarrassed, but the lady working still helped me out without making it a big deal. Just genuinely friendly people.

"Refund was fast, but still a bit disappointing"
I had a grocery order from dillons.com and one of the items was missing, which was disappointing. I know mistakes happen, but it’s still frustrating when you’re expecting everything you paid for to show up.
I figured getting it fixed would be a hassle, but it actually wasn’t. I submitted the refund request and got my money back quickly, with no annoying back-and-forth or long wait.
So while I’m not thrilled that the item was missing in the first place, I do appreciate how fast and easy they made the refund process. That part definitely helped make up for it.

"Fresh Produce Every Time"
I’ve ordered produce from Dillons a few times now, and I’ve been really happy with it. The bananas, lettuce, and berries have all arrived fresh and in great shape, with no weird spots or soggy pieces. It’s such a nice feeling getting good-quality produce without any hassle...

I use dillons for pickup most weeks, mostly because the prices are usually better than other stores around me and the digital coupons really do help. For regular grocery shopping, it usually feels worth it. That said, I do find myself running into the same annoying stuff over and over again. Sometimes items are out of stock, sometimes substitutions are odd, and sometimes the pickup timing just feels a little off. It’s not enough to make me stop using it, but it’s the same complaints almost every time. Good savings, just wish the repeated issues would get better.

I checked dillons.com for my prescription the price was way lower than I thought it would be, actually, better than I expected. Picking it up was easy too, no hassle. It saved me some money, so I’m happy with the whole experience

I’ve been using Dillons to check on items before heading to the store, it’s been helpful. Most of the stuff I look for shows as in stock, which is kind of great when I’m trying to save a trip or plan ahead. Every now and then a few things show up as unavailable, but overall it works well and makes shopping a little easier.

"Clean and Easy Shopping Trip"
I stopped by my local Dillons recently, i was kind of surprised by how clean everything was. Maybe I just caught it at a good time, but the floors looked nice, the aisles were tidy, and nothing really felt cluttered or messy. Even the cart area seemed well taken care of. It just made the whole shopping trip feel easier, at least for me.

It did work in the end, but getting there took way more steps than I expected. I feel like it should’ve been simpler, especially compared to other things I’ve used that... I don’t know, just feel more straightforward.
